14、间，修女们就将三十多个最贫困痛苦的人安顿了下来。其中有个老人，在搬来的那天傍晚即断了气，临死前，他拉着德蕾莎的手，用孟加拉语低声地说：“我一生活得像条狗，而我现在死得像个人，谢谢了。” 光靠德蕾莎及修女们的工作，要救助全加尔各答的垂死者是不可能的德蕾莎她有自己独特的看法，她认为人类的不幸并不存在于贫困、生病或饥饿，真正的不幸是当人们生病或贫困时没有人伸出援手，即死去，临终前也应有个归宿，这就是德蕾莎向垂死者传播了主的爱。,Last summer, my parents and I took a trip to Wutai Mountain.
